This fluid moves upward through the lymphatic system, collecting waste from the ducts (nodes in your neck and under your arms which become swollen when you’re sick or have an infection).
Naturally, lymph fluid circulates in one direction; upward and toward the heart and neck. It flows through your body’s cells, bathing them, and collecting the toxins that need to be eliminated. Think of lymph fluid as similar to oil for your car. Unlike our circulatory system, which has the heart to pump our blood, the lymphatic system does not have a pump. Therefore, if not pumped externally, it will remain stagnant, collecting and storing toxins and eventually leading to illness.

What’s the Easiest and Safest Way to Invert?
Although some people swear by gravity boots, I use an inversion table to invert. In my humble opinion (and from trial and error), an inversion table is the easiest and safest inversion therapy method available.
Gravity boots can be a pain in the back (pun intended) to put on.
An inversion table allows you to adjust the angle of inversion. My inversion table has settings from 20 degrees to 90 degrees. I find that at about 60 degrees or higher, I get the most back pain relief.
From my research and experience, I’ve had some pretty dramatic results using an inversion table. Aside from chiropractic care, inversion therapy has made a significant difference for me. I no longer suffer from excruciating back and neck pain.
A Word of Caution…
Please make sure you do your homework and research before considering inversion therapy. There are some conditions to consider such as: if you’re pregnant or if you have glaucoma or other eye ailments.
Also, if you experience heart and/or circulatory issues, these may be complicated from inversion therapy.
